This manuscript contains a variety of texts by theologians, some of them Church fathers, including Origenes, Rabanus Maurus, Cyprianus and Augustinus. It is first noted as having belonged to ‘Guidoni Nenfius’, then to John Hope, the fourth Earl of Hopetoun (†1823). It was sold at Sotheby’s in 1889 and purchased by the University Library in 1895.
