University Library, MS Kk.1.20, f. 7v
France (Champagne?), second half of the twelfth century
Vellum, 287 x 207 mm (210 x 207 mm), I + 140 ff.
(Binski Zutshi 304)

Contains Isaac Abbas de Stella’s De anima and Garnerius de Sancto Victore’s Gregorianum. Once held by the monks of Christ Church, Canterbury, this manuscript passed to Richard Holdsworth, Master of Emmanuel College, in the mid-seventeeenth century. His collection came to the University Library in 1664. The style of the initials is similar to that of other manuscripts associated with the court of Henry, Count of Champagne (d. 1181).
