The Venetian Territories

This page shows the Hobys in northern Italy in August 1554, having just entered Venetian territory. It begins with a description of a hilltop fortress which stood just south of the village of Primolano. We can see that the Hobys travelled from there along the River Brenta to Padua, where they were to spend much of the coming year.
