of gallons of water was dropped on us through a three-foot pipe! We had to wait until the tank was under water, then surface. I loved it & stayed down pulling the tanks levers etc. under water. One chap I remember surfacing, came up beautifully to the top, did everything perfectly. “It’s a piece of bloody cake!” He exclaimed, and promptly sank like a brick!

The chap who taught us the game was a great man – got the OBE for it too – stood about in a bathing suit for days
